Inclusive by Design: The power of Universal Design for Learning in neurodiverse workplaces

Is a UDL toolkit the next frontier for support in the workplace? You don’t need a diagnosis to struggle with common learning challenges. Indeed, as awareness improves, more people are receiving a diagnosis for neurodivergence later in life. Your employees will be at different stages of understanding how to feel empowered rather than inhibited - and that’s complex to support.

Ensuring your workplace is inclusive by design sets everyone up for success, regardless of diagnosis. Join us to explore how the philosophies and principles of Universal Design for Learning can help shape the assistive technology tools that proactively support diverse needs.
